Welcome to The T-Shirt Depot! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our services and website, as well as the purchase of clothing and promotional items. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The T-Shirt Depot specialises in supplying and branding clothing and promotional items. Our products include custom apparel, promotional items, and accessories, which can be personalised with your logo, artwork, or text.

• To place an order, customers must select the products they wish to purchase, provide customization details, and submit payment.
   
• We will provide an initial proof of your design for approval before proceeding with production. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review the proof for accuracy.
   
• Orders will not be processed until the design proof is approved by the customer.

• Prices for all products and services are listed on our website or provided in a personalized quote.
   
• All prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already confirmed will be honored at the agreed price.
   
• Any applicable taxes, shipping fees, or additional customization charges will be added to the order total.
   

• We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment systems.
   
• Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We offer nationwide shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
   
• Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of ordering. While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
   
• The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct. The T-Shirt Depot is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items are defective or the wrong items were shipped.
   
• Cancellations must be requested within 3 hours of order confirmation. Once production begins, cancellations may not be possible.

• By submitting artwork or logos, you confirm that you have the right to use the design and that it does not infringe on any copyright or trademark laws.
   
• The T-Shirt Depot reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that contains inappropriate or offensive material.
   
• We will not be held responsible for any issues arising from customer-provided artwork or design files, including incorrect sizing, low-resolution images, or improper formatting.
   

• We strive to provide the highest quality products and services. However, due to the nature of custom products, we cannot guarantee an exact color match or design replication.
   
• If a product is defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

• The T-Shirt Depot is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
   
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

• We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

• The T-Shirt Depot reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
